Vladimir Georgievich Sobinsky

Vladimir Georgievich Sobinsky was born on May, 27, 1964 in Petrozavodsk. Here he has graduated from the secondary school. He has started his labour activity at 16.

After serving in the Armed forces of the USSR he was at the komsomol posts. He had passed the way from the secretary of initial YCL organization up to first secretary of Prionezhsky district Young Communist League committee. In 1989 he became the first secretary of the district YCL committee in the republic elected on the alternative basis.

Since 1991 he has supervised over a number of industrial enterprises, including Petrozavodsk bakery of Sampo for four years. In 2000 he was ranked as The Best Manager of Russia. In 2001 he was elected the general director of the largest in the Northwest of Russia flour-grinding enterprise Kondopoga combine of bakeries where he has been working worked until his election to the post of the Petrozavodsk city council chairman. Since 1995 V.Sobinsky became the public politician, he was repeatedly elected the deputy of the city council. In 2002 he has become the secretary of the Political Council of the Karelian regional branch of the конецформыначалоформыUnited Russia party.

He has the higher legal education, the candidate of economic science.

V.G.Sobinsky is married, with two sons.
